GALLERY 611 POLICIES
Bookings are first come, first serve. Your date can not be guaranteed without a deposit. We accept the following forms of payment: Chase Quickpay, Zelle, Checks (8 weeks before event) and Major credit cards (3.5% fee applies)
- VENUE FEES: Gallery 611 fees includes 1) Rental Fee and 2) $300 deposit which covers refundable Damage & Incidental Deposit of $150 + Non-refundable Cleaning Fee. Your rental fee depends on how many hours you choose to rent. For example, if your rental fee is $695, then your total is $695 + $300 = $995. To hold a date, we require a deposit of $300 now and the remaining balance of $645 will be due 3 weeks before your event. We will send you the invoice so you can pay online. The Damage & Incidental Deposit is refundable as long as the VENUE is left in the EXACT condition it in prior to your event. WE NEED ID FOR EVERY BOOKING.
- OTHER FEES: Due to COVID guidelines, you will be charges a cleaning fee of $150 as indicated above. You are still responsible for removing all items, food and decorations brought into the venue. If you do not remove your garbage, you will be charged a garbage removal fee of $75. Damage & Incidental Deposit. Your remaining deposit of $150 will be refunded to you as long as there are no damages.
- SET-UP/TEAR DOWN TIME: As a courtesy, we will give you some time to set-up. We give 30 mins set-up time for 4hr rentals, 1 hr set-up time for 6 hr rentals and 2 hours for 12 hr rentals. No additional time is given for tear-down so please plan accordingly. Bar will close 30 mins before end of event. Music must shut off 30 mins before end of event. Cleanup must begin 30 mins before end of event. Everyone must depart at end of your time to avoid additional charges.
- DECORATIONS: You are welcome to decorate the venue as long as there are no damages or markings on the walls. Please bring easy to remove tape or wall 3M non-damage tapes.
- EVENT CATERING: For food catering, you may choose one of our catering partners, or bring your own catered food by a licensed caterer. For insurance liability reasons, your food must be catered through a licensed caterer, restaurant or store and we would require a store receipt or catering contract as proof. No form of cooking or food preparation is allowed on our facilities.
- STAGING AREA: Our convenient staging area is available for to keep your catered food. Cooking of any kind is prohibited in the prep kitchen. Use of any appliance other than the fridge and microwave strictly prohibited. You may bring buffet sets or chafing dishes with fuel to warm your food.
- LINEN SERVICE: Our chairs are covered with black chair covers for a neutral look and are included in all rentals at no additional charge. Table linen are additional as they have to be laundered after every rental. If you need a different color/type of linen service for the tables and chairs, you are welcome to bring your preferred linen. We also have linen rental service. We rent Black, Beige and Navy table covers.
- BAR SERVICE: You or your guests may NOT bring any type of liquor into our venue. Violation of this policy will result in IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWN of your event. It is important that you let your guests know this also. We have an onsite bar with reasonably priced drinks.
