Gallery 611 has three private rooms. The Luxe Room seats up to 100 guests, the Metro Room holds up to 60 and the Studio Room up to 35, depending on layout. Every package includes the tables and chairs for your guests, private parking and restrooms.

Yes. You can bring your own food or bring in an outside caterer, because Gallery 611 does not provide catering. The Luxe and Metro Rooms each have a kitchenette, the Studio Room has an extra table for a buffet, and chafing dishes rent for $15 each. Yes. On non-holiday dates, the Luxe and Metro Rooms cost 25% less Monday to Thursday (Essentials: $1,120 and $745) and 10% less on Fridays and Sundays (Essentials: $1,345 and $895), plus cleaning. From Sunday to Thursday, except holidays, the Studio Room rents by the hour: $75 an hour with a four-hour minimum, plus $50 cleaning.

The deposit is 25% of the rental, which confirms your date; no date is held before that payment. To book, use Check availability or call 847-973-6113, and Gallery 611 checks the date with you first. If you book six or more weeks ahead, half the remaining 75% is due six weeks before, and the rest plus cleaning three weeks before.
